"Торт на скорую руку", "Когда гости на пороге" - читали такие заголовки?😅 нет, гостей на пороге у меня не было, но очень сильно захотелось чего-то сладкого к чаю со свежей мятой. Я решила адаптировать рецепт бисквита для рулета из этого видео :
- Мука - 65 гр.
- Крахмал - 2 ст.л.
- Сахар - 60 гр.
- Яйца - 2 шт.
- Разрыхлитель - 2 ч.л.
- Ванильный сахар
- Сгущёнка
- Бальзам Riga Black (или другой ароматный алкоголь по вкусу)

List of cake ingredients that came to hand 👌
Flour - 65 gr.
Starch - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 60 gr.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Vanilla sugar
Condensed milk
Balsam Riga Black (or other aromatic alcohol to taste)
The cooking process is as simple as two and two 😁
Beat eggs well with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder and add to the beaten eggs. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake until a dry toothpick for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Now we take out the cake, let it cool and trim the edges with a knife. We cut these images into small cubes or, alternatively, they can be crushed into small crumbs. We cut the cake itself in half (it can be made in the form of a cake, into four cake layers, for example). Dilute Riga Black balm with water 1: 1 and saturate the cakes. Lubricate the soaked cakes with condensed milk, including the top cake. Decorate the top with cubes from side scraps. We put it in the refrigerator for better impregnation (if you have time and patience :)
